“Last year, we built a few igloos for the Bastille Festival, but this time, Sydney will experience the full Raclette Igloo experience, complete with fire pits and a magical winter wonderland vibe, on a rooftop with skyline city views and it’s going to be magical,” exclaimed Vincent Hernandez, Festival Director.
Straight from the rugged terrain of the French Alpine regions, Raclette arrives in Sydney, inviting guests to savour the authentic flavours of this beloved cheese-based winter dish. Renowned as the best-selling cheese in France, Raclette embodies the essence of comfort and indulgence, particularly cherished during the colder months.
Step inside and witness the spectacle as golden rivulets of Raclette cheese cascade over a delectable assortment of meats and accompaniments, bringing the flavors of the Alps directly to your plate. Each table is graced with up to 2 kilos of Raclette cheese, accompanied by a selection of four premium cured meats, boiled potatoes, pickled onions, and cornichons, all meant to be shared and savored in true alpine fashion.
But the experience doesn’t end with the cheese. For the young ones, there are still and sparkling juices to delight in, while adults can sip on carefully curated wines, enhancing the cheese journey to new heights.
