Art of Living to host series of courses in June ahead of Humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s visit to Australia

The Art of Living Foundation began its journey in Australia in 1984, introducing a variety of 57 self-
development programs designed to alleviate stress and promote a violence-free society. Over the
last 40 years, these programs have positively impacted over 500 million people worldwide, helping
them achieve inner peace and well-being.

In the coming months, the Australian chapter of the Art of Living will host a series of courses and
events led by senior teachers visiting from America, Denmark, Poland, Argentina and India.

These events will build momentum leading up to the much-anticipated visit of the esteemed Peace
Ambassador and Humanitarian, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of the Art of Living foundation.

In October 2024, Humanitarian Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will be visiting Perth, Melbourne, and Sydney,
bringing his profound teachings and wisdom to the Australian community.

On 20 October, he will be at the Sydney Darling Harbour Convention Centre.

An exciting highlight of the upcoming events is the International Yoga Day celebration on June 22, which will take place outside St Mary & Cathedral in the Sydney CBD.

This event promises to be a grand gathering of yoga enthusiasts and peace advocates, embodying the spirit of unity and tranquillity that the Art of Living Foundation champions.

Patti Montella, Inner transformation expert with 30 years Experience teaching Breath and
Meditation, is currently in Australia and will teaching the Happiness Program in Sydney CBD from the
28th of June to 30th of June.
