MCA has so far received an overwhelming response from the community members with almost 500 individuals benefited from this project from last 3 weeks. MCA have also extended Healthy Communities Project to the regional and rural areas of South Australia and Victoria. We have liaison with Aussie Discount Chemist at Quorn which covers the region around Port Augusta and Whyalla. We have also liaison with Risdon Pharmacy at Port Pirie region and also with Keens Pharmacy at Merbein which covers the regional areas around Mildura in Victoria.

MCA encouraged the deserving community members to go to the pharmacy and get vaccinations but we have also arranged many on site flu vaccination clinics for the community members who lives far from the pharmacy and cannot able to travel. We have organised on site clinics with religious institutions like Gurudwara Nanak Darbar at Allenby Gardens, BAPS Swaminarayan temple at Green Fields and with AMISSA at Adelaide Mosque in CBD.
