The temperature of TV screens is all set to rise as the most entertaining celebration of movies – Zee Cine Awards is back! The prestigious award show had the who’s who of the Bollywood fraternity come together and look back at the year gone by for Indian cinema and honour the most deserving. Over the years, the star-studded award show has witnessed some spectacular performances and iconic moments that are engraved in the minds of every movie aficionado. This year too, the viewers are in for a treat as the biggest Bollywood stars will set the stage ablaze with their captivating acts, making it an unforgettable evening!
All this amidst the Covid-19 scare because of which the awards were only shot as a televised show and had no audience to avoid mass gatherings.
Nonetheless, the entertainment quotient hit the roof as Hrithik Roshan set the stage on fire with a mind-blowing act. Hrithik’s class act is being touted as his toast to his 20 glorious years in the industry, through his most iconic songs Ghungroo, Senorita, Dhoom Machale, Jai Jai Shiv Shankar, Ek Pal Ka Jeena, Tu Tu Meri and Kaho Na Pyaar Hai taking audiences down memory lane.
The cherry on the cake is that Kriti Sanon will also be seen performing at Zee Cine Awards 2020 in a never-seen-before-avatar. She will be performing a semi-classical act for the first time ever, as she grooves to songs like Kajrare, Choli Ke Peeche Kya Hai, Chikni Chameli and Fevicol Se.
After creating a blast at the box office with ‘Gully Boy’, the livewire of B-town Ranveer Singh is all set to increase the temperature with his infectious energy and electrifying performance as he pays tribute to the iconic dancing superstars of Bollywood like Shammi Kapoor, Jeetendra, Mithun Da and Govinda.
2019 was an outstanding year for the Hindi film industry not only because of its unique film concepts, but also because of some noteworthy performances and Zee Cine Awards honours the commendable work done in the year gone by.
