Anu Samra, the new face of Queensland
Anu Samra was born & raised in Punjab in Northern India.
Anu has loved the stage ever since childhood & has competed at state & national levels.
She’s taken her passion all the way in winning the Miss Punjaban in India & Mrs Punjaban Queensland followed up with winning the Mrs Punjaban Australia title 2017/2018.
Anu has modelled eversince her University days where she first modelled for local designers in India.
Anu has been actively involved in various community events,photoshoots & fashion shows like Red carpet at Parliament house,Lakme fashion show,Brides of Asia,to name a few.
Anu has also been a panel judge at cultural events in Brisbane as well as a panel judge for Miss and Mrs Perth Punjaban 2018.
Anu today is a Gold Coast business woman who is a proud mother of a 12 year old son & with her husband owns a diverse array of businesses from retail to childcare.
Anu has a real “passion for fashion” and loves nothing more than displaying collections from innovative designers.

Pallavi Seth talks about being an artist
Pallavi Seth is a professional freelance HMUA. After several years of doing makeup and hairstyling as a hobby for friends and family, Pallavi decided to turn her passion into her profession. She has completed her certification from Academy of Makeup, Brisbane and has also trained under renowned HMUAs like Martha Mok and Vidya Tikari. Pallavi specialises in bridal, glamour and special events makeup and has also done hair and makeup for several runway fashion shows, video shoots, photoshoots and theatre performances. In a short span of time her brand Makeovers by Pallavi Seth has built for itself a strong clientele and a name specially among the Asian community in Brisbane.

And Brides of Asia at the Palazzo Versace Hotel, Gold Coast, in July. The collection will also entail majestic jewellery from the jewellery masters of Jaipur, a new venture by Couture Studio.
