Whenever CEO/Company-head word comes to our mind, generally, the picture that we all can imagine: a well-dressed person sitting in one of the XL sized office and playing with a laptop or busy in meetings. Isn’t, right? But, this picture is incomplete because we all know the only single side of the picture. Let’s have a look on another view; CEOs have a lot to manage at any given point in time. Making great decisions, keeping up with goals and directing a roster of associates – CEOs/leaders are always overloaded by a lot of responsibilities.

The factors like technology advances, hiring strategies, political changes and much more, all add to the existing business challenges. CEOs/leaders face many challenges throughout a day, some are planned and some are unplanned and it is their job to provide solutions and handle with cool-head, right? But, it is impossible to be born with qualities like effective leadership and innovation. These qualities can only be learned through hard work and persistence. Sometimes, incidents of critical failures or overwhelming odds can easily break anyone down and make them lose sight of their aspirations, but CEOs don’t have this luxury. Firstly, Talent Management which includes hiring, reshuffling, promotion and termination. Hiring, a highly important and sensitive process, requires immense care on the part of the selectors that they select the people who are best suited for that particular job. Company invests ample time in a candidate like searching, section, training, probation etc if candidate doesn’t match then again the cycle goes on.
