In ethical theories of Indian philosophy and history, human has four age-based phases in entire life, like Bhramacharya (student), Grihastha (householder), Vanapastha (Retired) and Sannyasa (renunciate).  At some extent still, the system is existing and people also believe in it. Each of the phases has equal importance in human life. I am going to talk about the Grihastha-householder phase. Each of us has our own criteria, in other words, an image in our mind for our future soulmate.

In Indian tradition, arrange marriages are more popular due to the cultural and religious beliefs. In this type of marriage, partners are selected on the basis of various criteria.
