- Medical services for various use.
- Restaurant/Function centre space.
- Underground parking to cater to more than160 vehicles
- 32 tenancies and an external courtyard area.
According to Cathy Lucre of Dot Commercial, the leasing agents for the site, the complex will begin functioning within the next two years. This area would be next Health hub surrounded by the Private and children hospital with various Health services in area.
“We’ve secured a popular cafe franchise and we’re looking to lease the top floor as a restaurant or function centre space. Two levels will be mixed medical businesses and allied health,” Ms. Cathy Lucre was quoted as saying.
Ms Lucre added that the top floor gives amazing views to the Blue Mountains and it will be diagonally opposite the planned private hospital at Gregory Hills. Ms Lucre further added that the developer was also looking to include barbecue areas for staff.
Ms Lucre is hopeful that the centre will be popular beyond Gregory Hills and Gledswood Hills.
The project is estimated to be worth more than $25 million.
Timing:
- The medical suites and pharmacies will run seven days, 7am to 6pm.
- The cafe will operate seven days from 7am to11pm.
- The restaurants will run from 6pm-11pm, Monday to Friday and 11am-11pm on the weekend.
