New land release reaffirms local developer’s major commitment to north-west Sydney

Stage 2 of Clearstate at Rouse Hill provides an exclusive offering of 47 land lots.

Highly-regarded Sydney-based developer Clearstate is building on its commitment to north-west Sydney, with the announcement of its latest land offering in the company’s popular residential estate, Clearstate at Rouse Hill.

Situated at 125 Tallawong Road, Rouse Hill, this will be the second release of land at Clearstate at Rouse Hill, following the August 2017 release of Stage 1, which featured 43 lots.

With prices starting under $550,000, Stage 2 will feature 47 lots and is ideally located only 1.5 kilometres or a 10-minute walk from the new Cudgegong Road Metro station, which is due to open in mid-2019.

Importantly, the site at 125 Tallawong Road demonstrates Clearstate’s wider commitment to the burgeoning Cudgegong Road precinct, with the company also holding adjacent parcels of land at 136 and 163 Tallawong Road.

According to Clearstate General Manager, Steve Barlow, the company is excited to play a major role in shaping the future look and feel of the newest part of Rouse Hill.

“The wider Rouse Hill region is growing in leaps and bounds, and so to be an integral part of that journey from an early stage is exciting,” said Mr Barlow.

“In fact, recent research from REA Group has shown that 85% of buyers feel that the developer behind a land estate is an important consideration when buying, so as a local Sydney company, we’re very glad to have an  established relationship with the people of north-west Sydney through our projects.

“Our buyers recognise the quality that is associated with the Clearstate brand, as well as our commitment to making this part of Sydney the very best it can be.”

Indeed, Mr Barlow says Clearstate has a longstanding affinity for the region, with the company actively working with sales partner Knight Frank to acquire and develop quality housing sites.

“Clearstate has long been committed to north-west Sydney, with our three sites at Tallawong Road also joined by our other land releases at Alex Avenue in Schofields, Garfield Road in Riverstone, and our fast-selling Candlebark estate in Box Hill,” said Mr Barlow.

“What differentiates Clearstate’s offering in all of these locations is the variety of product, from land lots, to house and land packages and low-to-medium density housing.

“Working with our sales partner Knight Frank, we’re committed to offering buyers the opportunity to purchase their very own piece of land where they can build the house of their dreams.”

According to Grant Bulpett, Senior Sales Executive at Knight Frank, the future residents of Clearstate at Rouse Hill will have access to some of the best local services in Sydney.

“The Clearstate at Rouse Hill community will enjoy all the benefits of the new Metro line, with journeys to the CBD only expected to take just over 50 minutes, and significant work has already been completed on the Cudgegong Road station and surrounding precinct ahead of its opening in mid-2019,” said Mr Bulpett.

“But on top of this, they will also be in close proximity to the perennially-popular Rouse Hill Town Centre for local shopping, and a 15-minute drive from major business hubs such as Norwest Business Park in Bella Vista or Sydney Business Park in Marsden Park for employment.

“A great selection of primary and secondary schools are also nearby, while weekend leisure activities are taken care of with the Rouse Hill Regional Park and The Ponds Parklands only minutes away.”
