Audi Alto Artarmon has undertaken a $3 million upgrade of facilities to offer a premium customer experience, officially opening its showroom at a customer event in May this year.
Epitomising the progressive Audi brand, the new-look Audi Alto Artarmon dealership combines space to display 16 new vehicles, the latest Audi Approved: plus pre-owned vehicles, and features an unparalleled digital retail experience. The state-of-the-art Audi Customer Private Lounge offers prospective owners the chance to completely digitally-design their new vehicle to their specification so they can view the car inside and out before finalising their order. A brand new ‘Audi Sport’ display shop-in-shop has also been seamlessly integrated into the space.
“More than 1.9 million owners joined the Audi family globally in 2016, and every one of those owners expects quality and convenience when purchasing a car from Audi,” said Audi Australia’s Managing Director, Paul Sansom.
“Regardless of where a customer is in the world, our brand values are always on display in our showrooms. New facilities like Audi Alto Artarmon ensure this global experience is reflected in Australia. Our customers are central to our strategy and to our ongoing success as a brand, and this is reflected in the way we act. We call this ‘Vorsprung’ or progressive thinking. For this reason, our company will invest $35 billion dollars over the next three years in new models, innovative technologies and facilities like this one to preserve the best customer experience.”
The Alto Group, founded by patriarch George Altomonte, has enjoyed a strong partnership with Audi Australia for many years. The group of dealerships, including four Audi facilities, has a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer service, thanks to George’s vision.
“We are thrilled with our new state-of-the-art facility that will not only better meet the needs of our customers but also showcases our significant investment in the local community and economy,” said Audi Alto Artarmon’s Dealer Principal, George Severino.
“As the home of Audi on Sydney’s lower North Shore, we wanted to create an environment that we could tailor to each individual customer’s need, adding extra value to the overall ownership experience.”
Ahead of the first customer vehicle arrivals in June, guests at the VIP event were also treated to a sneak peak of the one of Audi’s most anticipated new models – the new generation Audi Q5 SUV.
Flown in from Mexico, where the new Q5 is built, these early arrivals will be available for customer test drives in selected dealerships around the country, ahead of the official all-new Audi Q5 launch in late June.
“The all-new second-generation Audi Q5 brings improvements in every area – interior space, fuel efficiency, progressive technology and now with a more modern, sophisticated design. Based on this, and on the back of the success of the first generation, it’s no surprise that we have a long list of loyal Q5 customers eagerly awaiting its arrival. It’s great to have a car here early so we can offer this experience to our owners ahead of the launch,” said Mr Severino said.
Audi Alto Artarmon ambassador, Ben Fordham and Audi Australia ambassador, Melissa Doyle, attended the event’s official opening.
The new Audi Alto Artarmon dealership is located at 405 Pacific Highway, Artarmon and will be run by George Severino as Dealer Principal, Praveen Devarajan as General Manager, Jamie Sandilands as Sales Manager and Andrew Crompton as Service Manager.
