A poetess, a writer, and an achiever, all at such a young age

Priya Agrawal is truly an inspirational icon. Through her art of creativity and

power of pen, she has authored motivational books with her thought provoking

collection of poems. At a tender age of 18, Priya Agrawal who hails from

Ahmedabad, India – is a child poetess and author of three Hindi Poetry books.

She has authored ‘Do Pal ‘ (2008) – collection of 70 Hindi poems on various issues

like Save Girl Child, Women Empowerment, Child Labour, Anti – Smoking, Save

Trees, Population Explosion, Poverty, Menace of dowry, Education System,

Culture etc.

She has also written ‘Khiltey Phool Chatakti Kaliyan’ (2009) – collection of 80

poems on National Integration, Love, Humanity and Character Building.

To pay homage to the martyrs of Mumbai in the Mumbai terror attack Priya has

written ‘ Aatank se Aman Tak ‘ (2011) – collection of 50 poems on World Peace in

the memory of Martyrs of Mumbai Terrorist attack.

Priya’s poetry has received appreciation from India’s President, His Holiness Dalai

Lama, Commonwealth Secretary General, World Peace Foundation and many

national dignitaries.

She has written over 500 poems and over 700 couplets. She was selected amongst

Top 111 Women writers of India of 21st century by ‘ The Sunday Indian ‘. She also

was the youngest invitee at the age of 14 at the 7th International Writer’s Festival,

Wardha (Maharashtra – India ) in 2011.

Priya comes from a very humble background. Her father Shri Narendra Agrawal is

a Corporate Healer, Fore teller and Energy Life Coach. Her mother Smt. Anita

Agrawal is a Cosmic Healer. Not only is Priya a treasure of creativity, she’s an

academician also. She had scored 99.75 percentile in standard 10th. At present she

is pursuing IT from RMIT University, Melbourne, City Campus, Australia.

She’s a Member at the Global Harmony Association (GHA), GHA Ambassador of

Peace and Disarmament from Harmony among the World Children, Head of

International Cities of Peace, Ahmedabad and Member of Advisory Council of

Leaders, International Cities of Peace, USA.

She’s a proud recipient of National Balshree Award for Creative Writing. She’s

also a winner of America’s prestigious Skipping Stones Youth Honor Awards for

Multicultural International Understanding for the year 2012. She’s the only girl to

have received this award from the subcontinent.

Achieving great feat at such a young age, Priya Agrawal, undoubtedly, stands as a

role model for us!
