Miss Sydney Australia aims to become a highly acclaimed competition for young women. Entrants are encouraged to use their‘ technique for success’ and use whatever they may have tofurther their own career as well as benefit the beautiful City of Sydney.
Through this pageant all entrants are encouraged to develop their self-confidence & social skills.

Ashima Narwal, an exquisite beauty from India walked away with the Miss Sydney Australia Elegance 2015 title in the pageant.
Hailing from Rohtak, a small city of Haryana in India, she moved to Australia to pursue a career in Nursing and went on to complete her Bachelors in Nursing from University of Technology, Sydney. She now works at St George Private Hospital in operation theatres as a registered nurse.

“I absolutely love my job and the fact that it gives me a chance to give back to the community in whatever little way I can,” said the humble winner.

It was when she got selected as a finalist in Miss India Australia 2012 her passion for modeling grew.

“Earlier this year, as a part of my new year’s resolution, I decided that would try my best to realise my potential in the modelling world. So I created an online modeling profile.”

Ever since then, there was no looking back for her. She got to work on different modeling/acting assignments. She has also worked in a Tamil Music video, which is yet to be released.

“I believe that we are only given one life and I don’t want to have any regrets. In the contest I was asked if I have any advice for young women today. The advice that I would like to give to all the young women is to never stop dreaming. A strong woman is the one who builds a firm foundation for herself with the bricks thrown at her”.
