BRUNO MARS IS THE BILLBOARD ARTIST OF THE YEAR!

Bruno Mars will kick off 2014 by performing at halftime of the Super Bowl on February 2.

But the talented singer has another reason to celebrate today, and it’s related to the impressive ride he went on throughout 2013: Mars has been named Billboard Artist of the Year.

Bruno’s album, “Unorthodox Jukebox,” enjoyed an amazing 10-month run on the Billboard 200 chart and also spawned a trio of Top 10 singles — “Locked Out of Heaven,” “When I Was Your Man” and “Treasure.”

The sexy singer also turned up on pretty much every awards show stage, taking home one MTV Europe Music Awards trophy, two from the Video Music Awards and two more Teen Choice Awards.
