1. Organizer & Sponsor

1.1 The WIN A TRIP TO ICC WT20 2016 Contest (“Contest”) is organized and managed in Australia by Media Mechanix Pty Ltd – T/A Indus Age having its address at 10 Katnook Place West Pennant Hills NSW 2125 (“Organizer”).

1.2 The Contest prizes will be provided by MIL Overseas Limited having its address at 10, Spring Street Level 4, Sydney 2000 NSW (“MoneyGram”).

2. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2.1 Participants do not have to purchase any MoneyGram money transfer services to be eligible to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Eligibility.

 3.1 The Contest is open to all legal residents of Australia who are:

a. 18 years or older at the time of entry;

b. Have no travel restrictions to India;

c. Have a passport valid for at least six months from 19th March 2016;

3.2 Employees, affiliates, agents, subsidiary companies and representatives of the Promoter, including their family members; Employees, affiliates, agents, subsidiary companies and representatives of MoneyGram, including their family members; and any person or entity professionally connected with the Contest are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

 3.3 Family members referred to in these terms and conditions include but not limited to: spouse, exspouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or first cousin.

4. How to enter.

4.1 The Contest Entry Period begins on Monday, February 1st 2016 at 10 am AEST and closes on Monday, February 29th, 2016 at 10pm AEST (“Contest Entry Period”).

4.2 Participants must record up to one (1) minute video clip (“Video”) explaining why they think they are the biggest cricket fan in Australia.

4.3 The Videos along with the participant’s name, age, city, contact details and email address must be sent either: a. via WhatsApp to +61 458 677 676 or b. via email to mail@indusage.com.au

4.4 All Videos must be in English and must be received during the Contest Entry Period. No Videos will be accepted after the Contest Entry Period.

4.5 Only one Video per participant is permitted and the Video cannot be changed in any way once submitted. If multiple Videos are sent by the same person,only the first Video will be considered. If multiple entries are received from a single e-mail address or mobile number, the authorized account holder of the e-mail account or the owner of the mobile number at the time of entry shall be deemed the entrant.

5. Winner Selection & Notification.

  5.1 One (1) winner will be selected by the Organizer on March 3rd 2016 (“Winner Selection Date”) from the Videos received during the Contest Entry Period.The participant who provides the most compelling and funny reason for being the biggest cricket fan in Australia will be declared the winner.

 5.2 The winner will receive the following prize (“Prize Package”):

a. A travel voucher valued at AUD 1500 for redeeming two (2) round trip economy tickets for the winner and his/her companion at a supplier of MoneyGram’s choice.

b. Two (2) nights’ stay for the winner and his/her companion in a single room at a three star hotel of MoneyGram’s choice.

c. Two (2) standard tickets to watch India vs. Pakistan match in Dharamshala for ICC World Twenty20 India 2016 on March 19th, 2016.

    5.3 The Prize Package is non-transferable and not convertible to cash. No refund is available if the actual price of the round trip economy tickets is lower than the value of the travel voucher.

    5.4 The winner will be notified by email and telephone as soon as possible within five (5) days from the Winner Selection Date. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner, but if this cannot be achieved within seven (7) calendar days from Winner Selection Date, the Organizer reserves the right to withdraw the Prize Package entitlement and award the Prize Package to next winner or to dispose of the Prize Package as it deems fit.

    5.5 The winner will need to collect the Prize Package in person at the following address: MoneyGram International, 10 Spring Street Level 4, Sydney NSW 2000 The Prize Package must be collected by March 8th 2016.

6. General Rules.

    6.1 If the winner is subsequently found not eligible to participate in this Contest, the Organizer may at its sole discretion forfeit or reclaim the Prize Package and award or dispose of the same in such manner and to such person as it deems fit.

   6.2 Participants agree that in their participation in the Contest and in the submission of Videos they will not use obscene, libelous or slanderous language, or language that infringes upon a third party’s trademark, trade name or other intellectual property right or right of privacy. The Videos must be original, not previously published and may not contain, as determined by Organizer in its sole discretion, any content

(i) that is obscene, offensive or otherwise morally objectionable, sexually explicit, containing nudity or violence,

(ii) that is derogatory to any ethnicity, race, gender or religion or is defamatory to any person or group,

(iii) with personal information such as names, addresses or personal identification numbers without permission,

(iv) that includes copyrighted material owned by other whether an image or text,

(v) that includes a trademark, service mark, logo, or other trade indicia owned by another party,

(vi) that includes images of persons without their consent including but not limited to celebrities or other public or private figures or

(vii) which violates any law.

6.3 The Organizer and MoneyGram shall jointly own all the Videos. The participants consent to the Organizer and MoneyGram using the Videos for marketing and promotional purposes without any compensation.

6.4 The Organizer’s decision in all matters to do with the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.5 The winner and his/her companion may be required to take part in publicity related to the Contest including having their photographs taken and the winner’s name, nationality and country of residence being disclosed.

6.6 To claim the Prize Package winner must present at least one (1) valid ID or any legally valid identification for identification and verification purposes, together with any other document as required by the Organizer or MoneyGram.

6.7 The winner is responsible for tax liability where applicable.

6.8 The winner and his/her companion shall be responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and, where necessary, for obtaining appropriate health documentation. The winner and his/her companion shall be responsible for obtaining their visa at their own expense. The winner and his/her companion shall be in possession of a valid passport with a validity extending up to at least six (6) months from date of departure.

6.9 The Organizer and MoneyGram shall not be responsible for arranging travel insurance, medical insurance, meal expenses, medical expenses, transport expenses or any other related expenses, other than the items specified in the Prize Package above.

6.10 The Organizer and MoneyGram shall not be responsible for the inability of the winner and his/her companion to utilize the Prize Package, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to non-issuance of a visa.

6.11 The Organizer and MoneyGram shall not be responsible for claims of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage, illness, bodily injury including death of any winner and his/her companion during and/or relating to the use of the Prize Package.

6.12 By entering the Contest, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which shall be interpreted by the Organizer at their sole discretion.

6.13 The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the Contest at any stage if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside of its control. These terms and conditions shall be subject to the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

6.14 By accepting these terms and conditions all participants (i.e. the data subjects) agree that personal data shall be collected and processed by the Organizer and MoneyGram stored on their respective databases and used for the administration of their ongoing relationship with participants and in connection with the Contest.

6.15 These Terms and Conditions supersede all other prior terms and conditions, understandings, arrangements or agreements, whether verbal or written, in relation to the Contest
